Color, Culture, & Cuisine

My family spent Thanksgiving in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The weather was spectacular! It was nice to "prolong" winter since Vermont feels like winter almost six months out of the year. While I love to relax and eat Mexican food, I have a weakness for the Mexican markets. I could have brought back suitcases full of goodies, but I exercised control this trip. Those I did buy will always have a special place in my heart and will bring back fond memories of our vacation.

Many of my clients collect art and handmade pieces, often found while traveling. I've framed indigenous masks in acrylic boxes, displayed tapestries in entry halls, and have styled book cases with beautiful ceramics and pottery from all over the world. I love working with clients found objects to create a more personal and intimate space that showcases memorable moments in time.

Photos of my Mexican treasures are below. Enjoy!
